Below is a list of frequently asked questions and general CME information that should help you more easily navigate your conference experience. Pre-Conference

Can I invite my colleagues?
Yes! You can refer your colleagues to Pri-Med West either during registration or by logging into the Registration Resource Center if you are already registered. If you invite three or more colleagues, you qualify to win $500 at the conference!

Are hotel rooms available?
We’ve secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Anaheim affordable. Through the travel experts at onPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for more information on discounted hotel stays.

What is a Ticketed Event? How do I get tickets?
Ticketed Events are your chance to enhance your conference experience during CME/CE session breaks by attending additional learning opportunities, such as clinical training programs, Industry Theaters, and workshops. You can add Ticketed Events to your itinerary as early as 8 weeks prior to the conference, either during registration or by logging into the Registration Resource Center if you are already registered.

What should I bring?
We encourage you to bring include a pen, notebook, device charger(s), and sweater.

How do I receive discounted Disneyland® tickets?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the link to Pri-Med’s exclusive Disneyland Park ticket store. Please note, these special ticket prices are not available once you arrive at the Resort. The ticket store closes at 9pm PST on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Prices are subject to change without notice.

These specially priced tickets are intended only for guests that are participating in Pri-Med West. Only the registered attendee is allowed to purchase tickets from this discounted ticket store link and they can purchase up to 6 tickets maximum. We reserve the right to contact the ticket purchaser to request event registration confirmation. If it is discovered that the purchaser of the ticket is not participating or attending this event it will be considered a misuse of this offer and ticket, and the ticket(s) will be blocked and will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, these tickets cannot be purchased for the purpose of being resold.  This online store is for your individual meeting attendees. If you want to order tickets in bulk (10 or more), please contact Michael.J.Ramirez@disney.com to process an order 10 days prior to your arrival date.

During the Conference

Where can I park?
Car Parks 4 & 6 are designated for conference parking. The lot entrances are located off West Street. The parking ticket is good for one entry and is not valid for in/out privileges. If the designated convention center lots reach capacity, attendees will be directed to overflow parking lots. Pri-Med does not and is not responsible for validating parking.

Is food and beverage provided?
Coffee is provided each morning outside of the session rooms and water stations are located throughout the Anaheim Convention Center. You will receive a reusable Pri-Med water bottle in your conference bag at check-in. Lunch is provided for all attendees on Wednesday, May 6. On Thursday–Saturday, May 7–9, we do not provide lunch for all attendees. Food options include a limited number of boxed lunches provided by Pri-Med at the Industry Theaters and additional concessions offered for purchase by the Anaheim Convention Center.

It’s my first time at Pri-Med West! Where can I ask questions?
Welcome to Pri-Med West! Whether this will be your first time attending or you just need a refresher, we’re happy to provide information that will make Pri-Med West a great experience. You’re welcome to join us for a first-timer’s orientation in Room 206B, Level 2, at 7−7:30am on either Wednesday, May 6, and Thursday, May 7. A Pri-Med staff member will give you the scoop on how to download session slides, navigate the convention center, obtain your CME/CE credits, and more. After the orientation, feel free to visit the Information Booth in the Hall C Foyer, open for the duration of the conference, with any further questions.

How do I view the CME/CE session slides?
Session slides are available through the conference mobile app.

How do I claim CME/CE credit?
To verify your attendance and ensure access to the evaluation system, be sure to have your badge scanned at Registration in Hall A, Level 1, upon arrival every day. On your first day of attendance, the printing of your badge serves as the scan for that day.

Then, complete your session evaluations through the conference mobile app “Pri-Med Events – USA” or by visiting west.pri-med.com/eval by Wednesday, May 13, 2020, to receive your certificate the very next day.

Where do I pick up my tickets for the Ticketed Events?
If you preregistered for a Ticketed Event, your tickets will print out with your conference badge upon check-in at Registration.

If you were unable to preregister but would still like to attend a Ticketed Event, standby lines are available for non-ticket holders. We accommodate as many clinicians as possible. A limited number of lunches and snacks are available.

Post-Conference

How do I claim CME/CE credit?
Then, complete your session evaluations through the conference mobile app “Pri-Med Events – USA” or by visiting west.pri-med.com/eval by Wednesday, May 13, 2020, to receive your certificate the very next day.

What if I missed a session, or want to look back on one that I enjoyed?
Annual Conference sessions are recorded and will be available on-demand after the conference, all for additional CME/CE credit at Pri-Med.com.

How to Claim CME/CE Credit

Below are instructions for evaluating and requesting credit for the CME/CE sessions you attend at this Pri-Med meeting.

  1. You must scan your badge each morning upon arrival to verify your attendance. On your first day, the printing of your badge serves as your check-in scan for that day. Scanning your badge will allow you access to the evaluation system.
  2. Download the “Pri-Med Events – USA” app or visit west.pri-med.com/eval by Wednesday, May 13, to complete the session evaluations. Computers will be available in Registration each afternoon for you to complete your evaluations. Pri-Med staff will also be available to assist you with any questions you may have.
    • Enter your email address and badge number as listed on your badge.
    • Select the day and the session title and complete the evaluation.
    • Attest that you attended the conference by selecting “yes” from the drop-down menu, and then designate the type of credit you seek.
  3. Receive your credit. View and print your certificate from the evaluation website or your Pri-Med.com account the next day. We do not print certificates at the conference.
